thanks hoping to get back to training soon. Knee is still bothering me but is better.

My left knee is quite moody as well.
Been doing lots of upper body and core, and mostly bodyweight for the last couple months, tryin' ta complete a push-up challenge I started at the beginning of the year.

I can't wait to get back to the gym come January.

personally speaking, I like the bands alot as a change up. I started using those several months back and I get a much better workout. I have a boxing bag setup where I hang them up there. It has 3 bands with an attachment at the bottom for tris, abs, etc for doing stuff at home, it wasnt expensive either it was $15 or so at Ross, for another $15 you can run the equivalent of an actual cable machine except with resistance bands and can get creative with it.

I do have a set of resistance bands. A pretty decent set, I think. I just never used them for legs.

I did manage to complete my homegym challenge for the year, so this week I went back to the gym. Twice already. I am very sore and very happy.

That is the plan unless my wife changes it which happens like the wind. No one is going to be able to go toe-to-toe with Ngannou. Perhaps someone can test his stamina and hope that can be a weakness.

something about milk that messes me up, gave up on cereal because apparently I cant stomach it after a while but protein shakes with reg almond milk is good

Rescue dog.. was left on the streets at just weeks ago :/
Thrice, people (vets and dog trainer) gave me different answers.

I think he is a dachshund shepherd mix
Freaking loves digging.. ruined my first apartment's carpet, my bed, chair cushions, and couch.
Back then, I wasn't doing financially well supporting myself + college, so I pondered back and forth about giving him up.. but the puppy face got to me
