Dosing is at 8 capsules per day. That is a lot of capsules to swallow at one time so I am going to break them up into two doses at 4 capsules.

I saw how close I was to 10K last night and thought about getting up and walking around but thought better of it since I was pretty wiped out from this week's workouts. I should get quite a few steps in today and perhaps I will finally make it to 10K...if I don't head out on the bike again.

My Fitbit syncs much better after rebooting the Charge 2. Nothing else worked for me before the Fitbit chat had me do that. If you get onto Verizon 4GLTE, I think it would sync better.

I would break it up too. Sometimes get stomach ache when swallow too many pills
