i run about 50mpw on average and i would always have to hold my iphone 6s in my left hand.... gets super annoying especially when youre doing like a 16+ mile run... you feel your left side get all tired holding the phone for so long.

i love how i get a multitude of notifications from the AW and don't always have to pull my phone out... and i love how i can control my music and volume from the AW. I have airpods so controlling volume from the AW is awesome.

It's also a really sexy piece of tech and super fashionable.

The UFC is losing popularity, IMO. I really only watch for certain fighters, matchups haven't interested me lately.

Seems like Dana is more focused with the McGregor/Mayweather nonsense right now anyway.

As I said earlier ITT, once they made the deal with Fox, it watered down the products. I remember when PPV was once a month and you would get excited about it. Cards were stacked then. Now so many fighters on the roster, I don't know who is who. I haven't been watching since UFC 200 when I attended the event.

Now so many fighters on the roster, I don't know who is who. I haven't been watching since UFC 200 when I attended the event.

TBH I felt like it was getting watered-down in terms of too many events even before the Fox deal.

I've had three scoops of ISO-100 Smooth Banana and it is a bit artificial tasting. First tried it with skim milk and then tried it with 2% Fairlife milk. Also mixed it with oatmeal and didn't add much taste to the oatmeal. Looking forward to trying the chocolate coconut next.

The PB is good, but fairly light, the Chocolate Coconut is outstanding - exceeded all of my expectations.

The Chocolate Coconut is amazing.

I got a couple samples a while back, and now I have a full tub that is about to be opened up, as soon as I finish a tub of not-so-tasty powder from a different brand.

100% agreed. All these events now and it's hard to keep track of who is who, let alone the rankings, etc. Now they are also trying to protect fighters records to make them the new fan favorite/most hated.

I mostly track local fighters in the UFC, along with a few favorite fighters.

Try varying the liquid amount for Choco Coco!
I prefer 50/50 water and milk for it

Should be able to get it at Walmart. highest calories of them all, 215 a bar.

I tried a box a few weeks ago. It wasn't too bad but find myself going to back to vanilla the majority of the time. Salted caramel is the one I pick when vanilla is sold out.

Went to the guide and saw FS1 didn't have it. Figured it must be one of those early fight cards overseas. Decided to go on Sherdog later and found out it was on FOX. Turned it on and it was the third round with Weidman dominating with wrestling before the tap out.
