In the summer, when I am off from school, I take very long walks.
Couple hours at a time.
Bringing my wife along from time to time is just awesome.
Same thing with bike rides.
Her occasional complaining about it makes it all the more enjoyable and fun!
That's another reason I like to do my workouts at home, as opposed to at a gym.
I work long hours, so when I do come home, I like to lift and exercise at home, so at least I am with my family.
That limits my workouts, I'm aware, but I would rather do a simpler workout and see my family, than go to a fancy gym and not see my kids before they go to bed.
I also couldn't really afford a gym membership around here in the long run anyways.
