    Never used it since it tracks automatically for me. For workouts it doesn't. I have to select bike ride or workout when I want it to track.

    on the Surge, it tracks pretty much everything automatically, though it won't select the TYPE of workout you are doing... it will simply detect an elevated heart rate and label it "workout"

    sometimes when I conduct my choir at school or at church, the FitBit will think I'm working out and give me an extra workout for the day

    The only thing that the Charge 2 seems to track on its own is walks. I don't really care about that since I go by daily steps.

    This week is 2hr and 25 min avg for me, I have about ~800mg of caffeine a day.

    200mg x 2 during the day, 25mg ephedrine x2 during the da and 400+pre workout which is after work.

    For as long as I can. It pushes me through when I am run down and it is easier to pick up illnesses. I haven't had as many colds this fall as in the past. I think it can be tied to the caffeine use.
