Got to bed on time since step-grandson was over and we get to bed not as late when he is there (especially before a school night). Not sure why I had such a rough night with the sleep monitor. Wife was acting strangely before I went to sleep so that may be it.

Wife was acting different so that was on my mind possibly. Find out today why she was acting that way. My stepdaughter (24 years old) is pregnant again (different father) and doesn't take care of her first child. Wish she would do the right thing and give the child up for adoption but I doubt that will happen because it didn't happen last time when I suggested it (along with birth control of course).

Went to local Walmart yesterday for Power Crunch bars and they were rearranging shelves. Looked around several aisles in the area and there were no protein bars stocked. No new Power Crunch flavor to try for this week at least.
