Late in the game to start a contest prep log sure but better now then not at all. Logging the best part of it all.....the grind at the end! Started prep June 14 at 205lbs with a 10 week taper that transitioned to a 5 week cut and now I am at the final 5 weeks of prep.
5 weeks out stats and pictures......... 182lbs
new macros and cardio assignments from my coach for the week:
100c, 250p, 45f
250c, 225p, 40f (every 6 day refeed)
4x30 LISS, and 2x30 HIIT(non lift rest days only) only 1 day a week i dont do cardio and thats leg day.
I train 2 on 1 off using a split as follows:
chest/bicep
legs/calves
off (HIIT)
delts/triceps
back
off (HIIT)
repeat......
