New to the scene and want to transform completely need help
Hey everyone my name is Donshay Hodge I recently started back at the gym but this time want to take it serious. Seems like the whole last year my health has spiraled out of control. High blood pressure and enlarged heart. I really could use some advice. Feel free to inbox or post on here. I will be posting pics of my progress every two to three weeks or maybe even more often once I become more comfortable with my body . I'm dedicated to transform my whole life
Necessity is the mother of change. Here are just a few basics that I have learned over the years:
1) You are what you eat. High quality protein, carbs, fat, veggies, fruit, in regular meals will take you very far.
2) It is not so much about what you do, but how you do it. Are you supposed to use incline or flat bench? It does not matter, just make sure you do them right.
