I'm a lost cause OP in the relationship arena. The weight loss thing, well the jury's still out there. Anyways, not sure of the point in making this thread. Given the current climate on the misc it'll probably get deleted anyway.

I was using the one in our gym at work. It's a larger sized scale that supports weights up to ~400lbs. The ones you usually buy for home use only go up to like 250-300 tops, so I'm not going to bother until I think I'm a bit below 300. I started going to the gym twice a day a week ago, and I'm being more diligent about my diet than before. Give it a month and hopefully I can drop ~20lbs or more. I'm mostly basing things on how my clothes fit.

Calories? ~2000.
I don't eat fruit because it has sugar. I'm pretty anti-sugar. The only way I ever lose weight is when I cut carbs almost completely out of my diet. Plus, sugar tends to trigger migraines for me which is another solid reason to avoid it."That boulder is too large. I could lift a smaller one."

My metabolism sucks. I know Miscers love to laugh at thyroid problems, but even on meds I don't think I burn calories worth a ****. Usually I can't get much below 300lbs no matter what I do. I started @377, got down to probably the 290's range, then I plateau and can't lose more. I thought I was losing more this last time but like I said, it turns out the scale was a busted POS which was off like 70lbs or something. I knew I wasn't 205 though.. I'd be a **** ton thinner if I were. I'm still fat as fuk. Anyways, like I said, I'm exercising at least 2x a day now (~30 - 40 minute spans) and getting out for walks during my lunch period. If it doesn't work this time, I'm probably going to say fuk it and just accept that I'm an aging fatass.

I'm like you when it comes to carb sensitivity. I find if you're doing a keto-like diet, carb load weekly or bi-weekly. I broke through a very frustrating plateau at 201 by doing that. Wouldn't get below that and was frustrated. One Friday night I said fuk it and ate a chit load of Chinese food as my only meal for the day (order of steamed dumplings, order of general tso's chicken with pork fried rice, order of 4 plain chicken wings with french fries). The following day, I was a bit more vascular and lean, and the following Saturday, I went down to 198.
Have one day every other week, and don't worry about macros. But make sure it's only one day and you get back to your diet the following day.Keep the srs tag sacred crew

Stop posting bro. You remind me of that skinny @ss doc from the China study who pushes his veganism chit yet he looks like he will croke and can be snapped like a twig.
Count your cals and you'll be fine. Whole chicken skinless is even okay on cut, as is any other lean cut of meat. Aim for 0.7g protein/lb and 0.4g/lb fats.
Even fruit gives you headaches? Fruit from sugar is not the same as refined sugar. Load up on veg if you must stay away from fruit. 500g/day of produce is recommended.
Having known you over the last couple years, you are miserable and should absolutely not be eliminating carbs as that would cause your serotonin to deplete (leaving you in even a chittier mood). Start with like 100g a day of whole grains and watch the scale. Buy yourself a scale so you can weigh in weekly as well.
Get over to Nutrition section, majority of advice is science based and you should all count your lucky stars its available free to you if you ask me.
Nevermind training twice a day, get on proven and balanced workout routine like Fierce 5 and stick with it. Your own routine will seldom cut it.
