I am currently working on cutting down to 200lbs and leaning out. I have dropped 6lbs so far and have lost .4" off my arms, but gained .5" on my thighs. What am I doing wrong?

Bro if you just started lifting you're probably increasing the muscle mass on your lower body, it's impossible to gain mass and lose weight, so it's either stubborn fat like the previous poster stated or you're reducing fat on your legs and increasing muscle mass, you said you're doing sprints and agility drills.

This is why most people fail at cutting. They lose "size" from their arms or chest and think they are doing it wrong. My advice? Lose the measuring tapes, look in the mirror and judge your progress.
I look bigger at 5% body fat when I'm stage ready than when I'm 15% in the off season.... but all of my measurements are larger in the off season.@PreChewz Sponsored Athlete. The Best Chewable Pre-workout!
