Great program.. Alex's programs are pretty solid overall. Which one you choose depends on your goals. I'd hit his high volume 8X8 one if gaining mass is the main goal, while others are great for losing fat while maintaining muscle, improving fitness/conditioning, etc.

Next time you apply for one of our opportunities mention the Tshirt ... I might be able to hook you up!

I am in, I just started back to bodybuilding to see what I can put on this 6'5" frame. I know I can add fat because I have been pretty successful so I am going to try the other side of things and try to get fit. I would love to try/log some pre and post workout items and possibly a NO.

I find myself sensitive to whey and dairy protein powders. Even if I use a 100% isolate. I got a food sensitivity test done and sure enough, both whey and casein scored high. I can use a whey isolate for one serving per day but anything more then that kills my stomach.

I have been looking for a good vegan protein powder that isn't super high in carbs and doesn't taste like dirt. The problem I have found with most vegan protein powders is that they either taste terrible or they have 10g+ of carbs per serving.

The greens are awesome. The vanilla chai flavour is really nice tasting. It looks like grass clippings when you make a shake but it actually tastes awesome. Total home run on the product.

I'd like to get in on this! I have not tried vegan protein powder but I do lean towards organic veggies/fruits/eggs (but not meat that stuff is way too expensive for how much I eat lol). Some conventional whey (not all) seems to make me gassy, mostly whey with a bunch of added fillers. If I can lower the daily farting my fiance and myself would be happy haha.

I have been looking for a good vegan protein powder that isn't super high in carbs and doesn't taste like dirt. The problem I have found with most vegan protein powders is that they either taste terrible or they have 10g+ of carbs per serving.
Vegan Freak has 20g per scoop, but I usually use 1.5 or 2 scoops. I like the Vanilla flavor (find the chocolate a bit chalky) but to each their own. Certainly not as sweet as some artificially flavored whey products, but not bad for a plant protein blend.

Yep I use the Apple flavored greens daily... either in ice water or added to my Vegan Freak. I actually like the taste, although I know not everyone does. Decent taste for a greens powder though for sure. Haven't tried the Vanilla Chai flavor yet.

LOL I'm sure she would! Cutting back on dairy helped reduce my "gassie-ness".

I'll let this run a couple more days before choosing a couple of winners. Meanwhile feel welcome to jump in here and let us know your goals and any other PharmaFreak products you might want to try out!

IN for support! I have tried many PharmaFreak products and I have enjoyed them all! The greens is by far the best tasting greens I have ever had! I really struggle to eat veggies so it's great for me! Stacked it with VitaFreak and it helped my overall energy.

I am a vanilla guy myself as well. You can never go wrong with the classics!

20g of protein per scoop is very good for a vegan protein powder. A lot of vegan protein powders have massive 40-50g scoops and only 20g of protein per scoop.
