I measured 12inches around my knees, which is supposed tight fit for xsmall SBD sleeves, but it was too much work...not interested in spending 10mins getting them off. I also have Rebhands which I love - they are not tight at all, the small slides on/off easily. If it's possible, I totally recommend spending the 90$ because you will keep them for 10 years easy. I bought by rebhands 5ish years ago and they small terrible, but neoprene has no defects
thanks guys. I was a little upset on that day for deadlifts, I'm mostly over it by now. I didn't realize how sick I was, didn't feel like lifting, form was a piece of crap, and I wanted more weight. That's how it goes sometimes.
Weather here is terrible so I feel like I've been sick all spring. Congested/headaches now but back on the regular training, until Tuesday when i leave for traveling.Last edited by tina722; 05-06-2017 at 04:44 PM.

I was sitting for the last 8 days, my hips are pretty painful now. I've spent a couple hours in a mobility/stretching/trigger pointing routine that I use to get rid of it, but it might take some time. Feels good to try to start getting back in the routine. Weights today weren't too hard, just some pain and avoidance of pain.

Hips hurt through it all, which is why I didn't try very hard on the flat trap. I had a hard time getting tight enough on most exercises - partly a result of the hip pain and partly I might need to change my belt size. 265 trap bar went up with good form, but I was a little scared about how 285 would feel. EMOM deads were slow and tentative, but not too hard, it should have been moving much faster. Deads plus chains was the best - reps were easier to stay tight on and hips hurt the least with this. I had planned on doing reverse hypers but completely forgot at the end.
