My friend just gave me two 5lb tubs. One is Muscle Milk and the other is GNC's T.R Complete.
Whats the difference between these? Which one should I take? When should I take each?

You could read the labels...should tell you the main differences.
I know that muscle milk is a whey/casein protein with lots of calories so you can take that in the morning, post workout, or before bed time. Basically whenever you need the protein/calories.US ARMY Noncommissioned Officer
