You're 15, you shouldn't be on supplements. Aminos and Whey are ok......Otherwise, just lift and eat...You will keep the weight you gain so much easier, and when you plateau it wont be so hard to break if you use a supplement.
But i dont know anything about anything.

your on too many supplements, dont rely on suppliments... they are called supplelements because they supplement your diet, focus on a strong diet, and just take a weight gainer(i use ctyo gainer) in the morning and after a workout
and you should be good. try and get the vitamins u need from acutall food.Last edited by Db88; 03-06-2007 at 11:16 PM.

it takes alot of time and dedication to get on the right track. I bet most people on this site (when 1st starting) wanted to get supplemetns to 'speed up the process and get big'. It's all down to diet(I cant emphasize this enough) and a good routine and rest, thats it
workout
eat
rest

Who cares if you do it for chicks. Chicks make the world go 'round baby.
300 by 18 is a pretty hefty goal. You need to build a strong base before you get on supplements. I started lifting my sophomore year in high school. I put in 1 year by taking 2 scoops whey after my workouts. I went from being 145-170 in one year. Do that by changing your diet, and working out hard. Change reps, exercises, but stay consistent with your training.
At age 15, you will gain more by bumping your calories than by taking aminos. Start your day off right with bunch of eggs, eat yogurts for snacks. Make your own shakes. Throw a scoop of whey in with milk, yogurt, scoop of ice cream. Pack on the pounds. Train hard, and chow the calories. Do some abs too

Well one of the main reasons why I work out is becuase my freinds grandmother can't keep her hands off of me.
