I got a lot of feedback towards re:zero so I decided to give it a try after I got back from the gym last night.
I was quite surprised, I had it through the first 7 uncensored episodes and it was much better than I had expected.

I usually hate shows with a weak MC, but just being this far in I can definitely see some potential. Only real downside for me thus far is the lack of a plot. It seems that the there is no true plot yet, just the MC trying to make it through a couple of days without dying. That being said I'll probably finish this up over the next week or so and give you my true opinion. As a plus though the animation is great and a few of the characters are pretty impressive.

I haven't really checked anything it yet, but there doesn't seem to be anything that really stands out. Sure, there are some good ones, but there is no "re zero" of the season where we get pages of discussion out of it.

100% accurate description of our Sunday night. We were watching ep 13 and I went to get him some chocolate mint ice cream (he said he didn't want any but I knew he was being tsundere). I came back and he was crying at the screen whispering "why did she hurt you, Kousei". When I asked him about it he said "it's not like I was I was crying out anything, baka".

Finished watching Amaama to Inazuma. Great show, enjoyed every episode of it. I hope there will be 2nd season.
