I'm 18% bf I gotta get to 12 if I diet and do cardio should I get a toning belt which may help develop my ab muscles or won't it do much

10 minutes of ab work a day would do 100x more to develop your abs than some battery powered belt.
But if you are too lazy to do that then feel free to shock yourself.~ Like Tae-Kwon-Leap, my goals are not a path to a door, but a road leading forever towards the horizon.
