A caloric deficit is the best way to lose fat, not cardio or lifting, those only aide in fat loss but a caloric deficit created by diet is key... but at your age unless your overweight and 18% is not too bad , then you should take advantage of your teenage hormones and focus on building muscle than cutting .

Thanks, but how often i should workout with weights and what program should i use, if i want to have a lean body and visible muscles. I currently play basketball, and have like 5-6 training sessions per week, so its kinda replacing my cardio.

A combination of both cardio and weights is best for dropping bodyfat. Also in terms of nutrition start tracking your calorie intake as to drop fat you need to be burning more calories than you consume.
