Legs is my favorite part of my body to train , either legs or back or the goat body parts. I train legs 2-3 times per week depending on if I need to burn energy

after training legs for a while you begin to love it, especially when you start adding some size and get those striations hnng.

how can you guys believe working out legs is pointless? when i go heavier on squats/ leg press my whole body in general gets stronger and thicker. no better feeling than showing up to pool parties in short shorts looking good as fck with that quad hamstring separation. I get more compliments on my legs than i do anything else.

Idunno for some reason I've never liked leg workouts. Nothing feels right. I still do it 1x a week though but hardly - I do the lamest leg workouts ever.
Leg press is alright, squats have always been awkward AF, hack squat hurts my knees, leg extensions hurt my knees sometimes, fukin hate hamstring curls, etc.High test crew

Tfw strained lower back, legs is always fun though, haven't deadlifted or back squat in about a month and a half just cause it's still a little hurt, just been doing hack squats lunges leg press leg curls and extensions, gonna try doing platz hack squats on Saturday, just throwing it out there but any tips on healing a strained back

Train legs regularly but have to admit they're my least favorite. I have skipped like 5 leg days in the past 5 months. Haven't skipped any other muscle group.

hate them in that they take the most effort after a long day at work, but love them since they make you feel the best afterwards (especially when paired with core).
used to deadlift/squat every day when I played football. confined to just lunges/leg press since I hurt my back though. convinced that combo is all most casual lifters need to build a decent set of wheels.**Official Supp. Misc Beer Crew**

I used to, now I dont due to a lower back problem, but I sorted that out so Ill be legs every week again. Squats, Deadlifts, Glute Ham Raises, Leg Extensions, Calf raises
