    I dabble in there here and there. Every month they have a challenge and this month was just overhead press. Points for implement (I used Axle Bar), whether it was cleaned or from the rack, push vs strict, and body weight to press weight ratio.

    Belts are so unflattering.

    Took less time than I thought. Except honestly, I still don't know, but after several good poops, I decided to stick with some of the same foods I was eating on those days. So far, so good.

    Hit a 160kg Deadlift yesterday. 4 sets of 3. Came up like nuffin'.

    60kg OHP for reps, nailed.
    100kg Bench for reps, nailed.
    140kg Squats for reps, nailed.

    Just need to get 180kg deads and I'll feel super happy.

    Can confirm, shorter ROM makes it a lot easier, 170 max OHP at 165 BW. Can't go much heavier before my shoulder starts to act up, messed it up when I was younger and whenever I lift too heavy it gets a sharp pain when I rack the weight; doesn't hurt while lifting though, oddly, only once the tension is off of it then it's in pain all day.

    Still lifting and getting more cardio in while counting calories. i'm great at counting cals just staying within limit has been my downfall because i tend to like bourbon.

    congrats man. I need to get back into the gym, as i'm starting to pack on the pudge. also i think it'll be good for my stress and sleep, but it's tough to do with long hours and 3 kids.
