    Doing well and dealing with some SI Joint issue but chiropractor is helping but no dl or squatting 😢

    Yea this winter has been pretty warm here, alot of 80 degrees days but spring will be here soon

    I have numbness in thigh/groin and back going on 10 days, VERY concerning, likely from nerves

    Did modified legs today with lunges, leg ext, leg press, seated hamstring curl, didn't seem to aggravate it

    Probably don't need to tell you but you can go a long way training legs without squats. So many lunge variations to do, and you can load up split squats nice and heavy after you get the hang of them. I drop squats for months at a time and my legs don't suffer for it.

    Good to hear this, thanks! Yea alot of work around exercises besides squats, I guess they are ingrained in me that they are a must do, need to let that go
