i pay someone to mow my lawn and it's worth it. i don't feel like a bum with the worst lawn on the street and i don't have to worry about planning what little off time i have doing more chores than i have to

I work Fri-Sun while my wife stays home and I stay home Mon-Thur while she works.

Because of this and the kiddo we can't find a time to mow the lawn as I'm not going to take an hour to do it and leave him by himself.

We'll sometimes go weeks without, but my neighbors seem to understand and we don't live in an HOA.

Today was fun, had some power transformers blow so we were on backup generators and maybe only half our stuff worked. Easy first half of the shift since we just went on lock down until they fixed it.

So i sprained my knee over the weekend. Been pretty painful on sunday and monday and is now healing. Has gotten tons better but I can't walk on my own without crutches and a brace.

Rest time off from the gym for a while it seems.

Sucks because im going to rome in 2 weeks.
