Yeah, I show up and do something every so often but Strongman is my priority and it's difficult keeping lightweight, getting stronger, and doing CE at the same time.
No rack yet but when I need to squat I just squat the yoke. Not ideal depth but it works. And I'm always Meh about bench anyway.I'm an introvert trying to be an extrovert.

By medical standards I'm 20 pounds overweight but my blood work is fine.
I am working weight back down as I'm not satisfied in how strong I am for my weight and need to get better to be competitive.
As well I have family history of high blood pressure and lower weights help with things.I'm an introvert trying to be an extrovert.

maybe get a sturdy platform to stand on when you're doing yoke-squats? you could probably build one with some scrap lumber, as long as it's sturdy enough

its this way with pretty much everything. when i tried to go easy on the carbs for awhile i was careful not to say anything about it other than "i'm just trying to cut back on rice" lest people go crazy and tell me it's a fad or that they're doing keto/paleo/atkins and it's been SO.GREAT!

Straight A's for the last semester, hit 67.5kg on the OHP for a clean rep at 65kg bodyweight, cut's going well and one of my projects got featured on a local site!

Depends on the show and the episode, many things are archived, but not all. Just take a look on the app, should be pretty easy to find if it's there. A lot of past content is available on-demand. Even some video stuff now. May I recommend:
