No rack yet but when I need to squat I just squat the yoke. Not ideal depth but it works. And I'm always Meh about bench anyway.

By medical standards I'm 20 pounds overweight but my blood work is fine.

I am working weight back down as I'm not satisfied in how strong I am for my weight and need to get better to be competitive.

As well I have family history of high blood pressure and lower weights help with things.

i deal with shock and surprise well, given that i work in a restaurant. i am pretty good at rolling with the punches.

i was 15 minutes late for the appointment and my wife and her dad drove separately. I got there and they were in the waiting room (unbeknownst to me they had already had an initial scan and knew about the twins but i didn't). i go in for her second (i thought it was the first) scan to double check. when the woman says it looks like twins i was like "wait, really?" and then started thinking about so much ****. "my grandfather was a twin. twins have a lot of complications, will my wife be okay? that's a lot of ****ing diapers. that's a lot of ****ing poop. I work a lot, i gotta hire more people so i can spent time with and help my wife." and many more.

my wife told me yesterday that all i said was "oh my god" about 6 or 7 times.

maybe get a sturdy platform to stand on when you're doing yoke-squats? you could probably build one with some scrap lumber, as long as it's sturdy enough

its this way with pretty much everything. when i tried to go easy on the carbs for awhile i was careful not to say anything about it other than "i'm just trying to cut back on rice" lest people go crazy and tell me it's a fad or that they're doing keto/paleo/atkins and it's been SO.GREAT!

I want to hear a specific show's episode from a day last year but I can't find it online and don't have an active subscription to xirius since I let the sub on my car run out. Is there a way to get that episode or can you not do that with or without a sub?

Depends on the show and the episode, many things are archived, but not all. Just take a look on the app, should be pretty easy to find if it's there. A lot of past content is available on-demand. Even some video stuff now. May I recommend:
