I stopped doing trap work when I realized a wasn't natty.
jk just lazy
Just a retarded injury that has disabled me going on 2.5 months now. The only exercise I've been getting is bench press. More whining a long those lines.

Klax has pretty big traps. Do you do any direct trap work klax? Not that that is sound logic....

TFW Haven't done a shrug in forever... I should do that.
I know those trap feels.
Bench press is really the only lift that matters, so yeah. If you want bench gains, just cut all that other crap out of your routine. Nobody needs to squat, or deadlift. Nobody asks about that. People only care about your bench, bro.
Get them bench gains
I remember you mentioning the injury a couple of times, but I'm not sure if I remember what it was. Didn't you break something?
lmao I'm sure I'd have a ton of trouble building one of those. Also, I usually try to do as minimal work as possible when making costumes. If I can buy something, I search for it at a cheap price. Then I alter it to fit my tastes if need be. If not, I'll make it (but that's really a last resort). No sense making something if it takes more time, and is more expensive unless it'll REALLY come out that much better.
Anyhow, I've just been... Well, I've kind of been up to nothing this past week. Recently got laid off from my job, so I've been spending some time trying to get everything together. I was fortunate enough to qualify for unemployment, so that's pretty nice. It gives me some room to keep myself afloat.
>.> A while back I mentioned that I was looking into e-commerce, or trying to launch my own business and I'm thinking that this might really be the time. Have spent the last two days pretending that my room is an office, and researching 9AM-5PM. Thinking that when I feel comfortable enough, I might set something up. Have a small nest egg from working so much that I can invest.

Not really, I guess it's just how my body responds. Traps grow with ease, all other muscles don't. It sure makes a nice cushion for the bar when squatting. Occasionally I'll do some heavy, strapped up BB Shrugs. That's about it.
A quick glance at my traps and one can assume I'm on "stuff," but then they see my wimpy, narrow shoulders and chicken legs, then they're all like "nah, he don't even lift." Or so I've heard...Snapchat/Instagram: Mimsthe3rd

It was a toe fracture. Just annoying to have such a minor injury disabling for so long. My expectations were constantly reset everytime I'd visit the doctor. So the grief cycle would reset. Nothing I can do about it. Just fatter and weather then I have been in years, excited to get back into it.
Anyway, I'm really sorry to hear you lost your job. Was it for the better? Good luck with your next venture.SF Bay Area Crew

Lmfao you made that one?
Don't be sorry to hear it, honestly. It's given me a new perspective on a lot of things, and some wonderful experience that will help me going forward. My last two jobs have given me some valuable experience that will help me find a better job going forward (hopefully). And it's also given me a sort of impetus for getting back into the line of e-commerce.
I'm not going to do anything fitness related, honestly. I think that I want to run a little gift shop with interesting trinkets. Knick-knacks are a lot of fun... And I'm a sucker for things I don't need!
TFW no traps.
Those are feels I understand. I broke my fifth metatarsal a while back and it did the same thing. Honestly, all you have to do is just give it the time it needs. There's nothing wrong with that, and it's better to be sidelined on something minor that will eventually get better than it is to be permanently removed by something that won't.
It was definitely for the better in a lot of ways. I was literally working 120+ hours a pay period if not more. So it's nice to have a little bit of time. I hardly know what to do with myself now that my girlfriend is back in school and I've got no work to do.

Sure! I'll hold him and then you'll go to town on him until you get tired. Then whoever wants to go second, and so on and so forth until finally...
Monkay steps up to bat, and beats him down with a rubber 45lb plate until he promises to change the name of his routine.
