saw the vid, monkay is strong though. knee's were buckling a bit though...did you tell him to watch his form? (it's a joke)
anyhow 6 weeks doesn't sound too bad considering how bad it could have potentially been. you able to WFH or are you going to gimp into work for a couple of months?

Fun weekend of family spending time at the house.
Great work Monkay.
Welcome to the run club Erik, though I reduced my mileage.

Solid lifting brother, won't be long and you'll be smashing my total...probably already do honestly.
Haven't trained in roughly a week or so and even then training was fairly scattered.
Priorities lie elsewhere at the moment.

Whats up guys? (And gals?)
Anyone run decent weight programs lately? I just finished up the Arnold Blueprint to Cut and about to wrap up the Labrada 12wk program. I found sticking to these really helped me during my cut, but would like to find something new during the maintenance phase. Most of the programs here on BB.com seem really set on 1 body part per week, so finding something decent hasn't really been easy. There is no spoon.

Claimed natty (obviously was not) and made a business that sold 'custom' meal plans; but really they were all cookie cutter generic ones that were very poorly made. In the end he had to refund a lot of people their money due to that, but he still posts here on occasion and still sells his crappy plans to the uninformed.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

Really enjoying the helms hypertrophy based on his book. YT series is informative and the blueprint allows you to build your own routine intelligently.

He's no longer a bodybuilding guru, he's actually a weaponsmithing god.
Super hyped off of my workout today. Hit 120kg (264.5lb) skwaats for 4 sets of 6 reps. Getting closer to my 3 plates a side goal for the end of the year. Pineapple and shake dusted off (new flavour whey, chocolate cookie, delicious) and set for a hard days work. Hope everyone's doing well.
Erik, how much cereal is in your nutrition plan?
SRS/NOT SRS.
