State Prison, mostly level 3 inmates and a level 1 facility; though we have level 2, 3, 4 all in the building and on the yards. The reason for so few black inmates (7 total on the yard I work) and Oriental/Asian/Islander (~30 total) is Valley Fever; a fungus spore in the dirt that causes some wicked bad effects. Bones can rot, brain can rot, effects joints, ect.... Black and Orientals are genetically more susceptible to it so they are bused to other prisons unless they either sign a waiver saying they want to stay anyways, or if they already have Valley Fever. Everyone can get it though, I had to sign a waiver to work here saying I can't hold the State liable if I get it.

Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

From the level 1? Maybe 2-3 per year, though those are pretty much walk away and we usually get them back in a day or so. None have gotten out of the main yards.
Most of those guys have less than 3 months to go too, and the escape gets them a few years added and they can never be on a level 1 yard again. Most find out their girls are with a new man and decide to go do something about it, but then realize how stupid that was after the fact.Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.

I am going to go. hopefully it's supposed to be warmer. that being said if i had gotten to go earlier in the year when all my friends went to the Chargers game i'd probably pass. This is as much about being the first game i've been to in years as it is the AFC Championship

I check up on the weekends, but it's gotten so slow that I forget to check.
I keep up with my instagram more now.I'm an introvert trying to be an extrovert.

First post in this thread, I do glance once a week or so to see if you guys are saying anything interesting. Curious where he got those tests and what they cost. If you text him, let him know that only sleeping 4-5 hours per night could explain all of his symptoms, blood tests for allergies are typically meaningless unless they are very high values (his were slightly high and he has no reaction when eating peanuts/wheat so he does NOT have a wheat or peanut allergy), his free testosterone is right in the middle of the normal range (total testosterone does not mean much physiologically, it's free testosterone that matters), and while his leptin is quite low it's quite possibly a result of his past obesity as when people lose weight leptin levels go down a lot, but I could definitely see his food challenges impacting this a lot and there really isn't any data to my knowledge to indicate what should be expected with his lifestyle. I do appreciate him posting the results as again there is no literature to my knowledge on typical blood test results of competitive eaters and I find it interesting.
