I've actually thought about this a lot. I don't think I was actively anorexic, because I never actively denied food and I ate when I felt like it, but it's really easy for me to ignore hunger all day and just do my own thing and then eat dinner with my family as my only meal
I really do have to push myself to eat 3000 calories a day. When I went backpacking, I lost 10 pounds because I wasn't eating enough, granted nobody ever eats enough when backpackingBare Bones Series Log: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=176784551

It's not really a money problem, but given I live in the middle of nowhere stuff costs more which is annoying. 1 week of food from Wal-Mart costs me $60-80. Out here though I pretty much only have a Save Mart so it costs about $180, meat and produce costs about twice as much.

You coming to Germany? Really can’t wait for the gigs out there in a couple of weeks time!
NP: I harass Erik on the gram from time to time when he posts Reese’s goods I can’t get over here. Be nice to have more of you guys on there, humanises it a little more. Expect photos of me gigging, my cats and little adventures I go on. Occasional gym related post.

Yes America. Aldi & Lidl is the ****. Do most of my shopping there. Lidl Skyr yoghurts are incredible little snack pots. Flavoured Greek yoghurt. 30g+ Protein per pot. Sub 200 cals. 99p. Gains.

Cringe, who eats butterfinger anymore? Actually have been meaning to try Halo Top but haven't yet.
Looks like I have to get my foot cut up just a tad bit, got a piece of teeny tiny glass stuck in there a while ago and now there's a bump where the glass is. REALLY hoping this doesn't actually take any recovery time, I've got the gym tomorrow ffs
Doing well Boo, how about yourself?Bare Bones Series Log: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=176784551

As the more seasoned folk here know... I’m quite the PB related connoseur. Got butterfingers sent in a wonderful package from one of our brahs here in return for English goods. Butterfingers are A M A Z I N G.
In the gym RN finishing off a three hour leg session. Calves are real tight. Got a 10 mile charity run at the weekend so have been running two miles every day in prep.

It’s the OG. In fact.. S1 is almost a like for like remake. I’m not a fan of the OG. Probably get done for treason for that.
Mindhunter was a great watch! I listen to a bunch of murder podcasts too.. what’s wrong with me? I know what’s wrong with you mind... your sense of humour. JEEZ. The Office is incredible and Parks and Rec is great too!
