Demi Lovato was just hospitalized for a heroin overdose, that's so sad dude. She's done so much to get sober and this little rough patch is gonna **** her :/ she's moving to heavier **** now, first it was ******* but heroins next level. Her music is really really good too. Sucks

It did phuk up my head and screwed up the rest of my workout but I will not go the food way, it will make my flabbiness worse LOL

Why are people at a gym?
Likely nearly EVERYONE there I talked to in all the years I have been lifting has/had a body dysmorphia issue; thats what brings them there, well not all but a huge percentage of themNASM CPT

Today at the gym I saw a young teen who was obviously very new and had absolutely no idea what he was doing, but I wasn't sure how to approach him in a way that didn't embarrass him and that didn't make me seem like a know-it-all, so I didn't do anything. I was but my gym is too small that if I had pulled him to the side it would've looked really creepy and everyone would've noticed, and that's one thing I hate. Normally the trainers at the gym jump in, but the ****ty ones were on duty.
There was one time where I was doing RDL's and this older guy came up to me and basically told me that I was doing everything wrong in front of the entire gym in a loud voice, but his advice was also wrong, so we got into a little like "Well aren't you actually supposed to..." "Well don't you normally do this..."
Also, because of his age, I'm afraid it might've looked creepy if I went up to him y'know?

Agreed. Apparently it wasn't heroin, but some other opiate that she needed to be given Narcan (or whatever that "anti-overdose" drug is, not really sure of the proper terminology for it). Hopefully she gets out and goes straight to rehab, but apparently she's been going crazy the past month with drugs.

It amazes me at some noobs at the gym who have no clue what to do at all
When I began I went with bodybuilder bros who helped me get on my own feet with 2 important things: FORM/Proper progressive routine
If I were one to go all alone to a gym as a noob, I would at least have a trainer to show me the above

I'm not really keen on keeping my abs, as nice as they may be, because I realize trying to sustain them while bulking is silly. But I also don't want to neglect them, because they are still important for bracing etc. So I just do some stuff on the nights I lift now.
