yeah i think losing some of this belly fat will be better for my numbers, congrats on getting yours in better shape. do you think food choice has mattered? or simply being more lean?

not quite sure. was thinking maybe costco protein bars; heard they were decent. i think Costco carries Premier Protein, which i'm not sure is any good. would be nice to know who makes it...if they carry chocolate i might pick some up to give a shot. otherwise i dunno; the ready-to-drink stuff is usually pretty pricey...

I've tried their bars and their rtd shakes, I like them both. The bars I picked up at walmart for like $1.30 each, for 30g of protein. At least that's the label claim. The rtd's taste pretty decent too imo. Still about twice the price of buying a powder tho.

Plain peanut butter is 6/10 decent. Peanut butter with anything sweet is instantly 9/10. Like put a table spoon on top of vanilla ice cream. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Those are the best kind of lectures. We had a contextual studies lecture at Uni where we pretty much just listened to albums that shaped the industry and pushed the technology. 6 hours worth of Kraftwerk was incredible. Especially with the tidbits the lecture was adding.

It's 6:39am over here, and as opposed to my usual "being in the gym and having a cardio day" wedensday, my glutes are a little tight from all the skwaats yesterday, so I'm on my second coffee (shoutout to GX) and i'm working on a production for a client.

I've tried their bars and their rtd shakes, I like them both. The bars I picked up at walmart for like $1.30 each, for 30g of protein. At least that's the label claim. The rtd's taste pretty decent too imo. Still about twice the price of buying a powder tho.

i'm not a big fan of walmart/sam's club in general and i don't really trust their brands. i think Costco/kirklands has a better reputation for using quality manufacturers. i'd love to find out who makes their protein but i'm thinking about trying them out. i know the RTD shakes are pricey but i don't want to bother with keeping whey in the office and then keeping my personal milk in the restaurant cooler (i'm not a savage who uses water to make shakes)

thanks, i think they're up to 1.15/bar now, which is fine. i'm not a huge fan of cookie dough anything, so hopefully i don't have to buy it by the 2 pack that i see they have on their website.
