    i believe a variety, especially veggies would be
    healthy. try Dr. Terry Shintani's Peace diet. I guess
    a lot of his books are in amazon.

    Also, fck Christmas music; worked at a toy store and Wal-Mart for 4 Christmases and listened to that crap on loop for 8 hours a day for 3 months each year.

    Get in the habit of getting it done at 4 am when nobody else is awake. That can be your time to take care of yourself and help you reach your goals.

    Have a low key cold on the horizon, been four days of feeling on the precipice of illness but it won't fully happen.

    Effects my training because I'm operating at 70% energy levels, but not enough to drop weight... just enough to make me lethargic and procrastinate like an MF
