fish everyday? not sure if that's really healthy.
i believe a variety, especially veggies would be
healthy. try Dr. Terry Shintani's Peace diet. I guess
a lot of his books are in amazon.

It's time to take out phrases like "I can't" or "I don't have time" and replace them with phrases like "I will make the time" and "I will keep working at it until I find a way that works." Success starts with the right mindset and believing in yourself and your dreams.

I know we don't talk about bodybuilding here, but holy **** Shawn Rhoden beat Phil Heath, and Shawn looked A M A Z I N G. Great V Taper. Hopefully the open is about to return to the V.
Looking forward to Phil's comeback and hopefully Kai coming back, too.
Anyway... I produced a Christmas song this weekend. Kill me.

I have a sweet gym in my basement that i want to get back to using, but every time i think about it i get so tired and do something else. one of these days....

Hmm, I'm not convinced it was all that much of a bubble gut, but maybe I'm conditioned to think of a bubble gut as the big pregnant looking swole baby. He was no Frank Zane, but it's a step in the right direction. Yeah... there's nothing like 4 minutes of percussive jingle bells to send you over the edge! Winter illness coming on. ****.

thanks man, yeah i'm working on the self discipline thing; it's been non-existent for the past 6 months.
I don't normally get home until 10pm, and it's tough to go straight to bed without unwinding first. my average bedtime lately is like 2 o'clock...which isn't healthy or something i'm proud of.
I would like to start being able to wake up at 8 (restaurant hours, i get to 'sleep in') and lift, but getting out of bed has been a bitch lately.
like i said: my self discipline has been ****Domicron's Basement Gym and Fun House

Well, annual training done and now I have 5 days off of work. Should have planned something other than sleep.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.
