After working out for years and spending a small fortune on various sups I finally gave up bought a new bike. 10 weeks of riding my new $400 Titanium bike and I have gained 26 pounds of muscle. Cheers guys. Hope a few of you desperate skinny fellas see this before I get banned.

Let me guess you did Test and dbol. You didn't gain 26lbs of muscle in 10 weeks, sorry to break it to you. You maybe gained half of that in muscle. The only gains you can believe in the scale 100% are the ones made on trent.

people already ask me if im on gear and i've only been lifting for 9 months and im at an average weight for me height and natty as fuark
you dont even need gear to look like you lift when i get questioned with a medium fitting shirt on, all you need is a year in the gymBig facts only.
