Had an awesome workout last night.... killed legs(hit a new PR 325), and then again this morning with a total body workout hitting my previous PR of 235 on bench. How's everyone's weekend going? Really wanting to try some stim-x... might have to hit up JonHolland89 for some next week! Lol

6-7k mud / obstacle event
Plenty of challenging obstacles

attached is the course will be doing. Should be a fun time!! My knees are going to hate me tho...will be fueling up with some waxybolic / bcaa / stim-x pre lol

The single best supplement you can take to reduce joint inflammation and pain is fish oil. Fish oil is the strongest natural anti-inflammatory supplement. 6-10g is a good dosage for men.

That was on squats. Haven't hit deadlifts in about a month but I think Jon is gonna change that next week. Last time I hit deadlifts worked out with 300 (back in March). Leg press PR is 720.

Awesome transformation @Trev that's what hard work looks like!

Best anti inflammatory supp I used was cissus, it has a build up effect and works better taking it regularly during the time of high tension, pain. Id agree on the healthy oils like fish oil for that too. Since switching to a mostly fish diet, my joint pain has decreased a lot.

Thank you for the info, there are many ways to lower inflammation besides the known laboratory pharmaceuticals out there. I have heard about that, unfortunately I dont supplement with the bigger gelcaps due to the size but the vit d3's at 2,000 iu are doable.

Hydropure has been around for a long time. I have been using it for years. The product just recently got new labeling. Same formula.

It's about as clean of a protein as you can possibly buy. Its a pure isolate. The strawberry flavour is really good.

my goal is a 500lb deadlift. I fell short in March at the end of my run on PH3 (only hit 485 but failed on 500). isobolic would be helpful since i train 4am in the morning and need some quick fuel before i leave for the gym. Id mixed it with a banana or oats depending on what im training
