Congrats guys!! Looking like some good supplements are being given away. I'm still in for either Anabolic State or WaxyBolic. I go back and forth between adding in liquid carbs during my workout, but I'd like to start adding in some more again, cause the pumps are unreal.

Set a PR this weekend for number of hours straight doing my wife's angry bidding. no fun, nor sleep. My app sez I set one on Monday and one on Wednesday. IDK
go-to? can't resist a cinnamon bun/roll. Any baked goods flavor (possibly good for... baking?) My go-to type is ISO or ISO/Conc as my consistent consumption is my early morning preworkout shake (with oats, juice, water and some berries). In that vein, a carbed up protein might be good without having to measure oats in there. Macros: 46g C, 2g F; 31g P.
'Gratz fellers!.
My goal this winter: still working on dropping bodyfat. When I hit that goal then I will add nothing but clean mass. Nice and slow, got nothing but time. Working too hard to get the fat off. I can't cycle.“God will not have his work made manifest by cowards” - RWE

Gratz week 2 winners.
I'm just looking to get back to business. Last year was a great year for me. I focused soley on my big lifts. I ran wendlers 5/3/1 6 month cycle. Ran the Texas method at the end of last year and it helped me hit my squat 310x1. My Dead 460x1 and my bench 255x1. They might not be much to many but to my old ass they are gold.
This year has seen some setbacks with injury (funnily enough not due to lifting big) and some personal setbacks. I have got back into the gym a couple of times but something always seems to get in the way of a full ruturn but now that the personal stuff is sorted and the injuries seem to have improved. It's time to rock the year ahead.Goldlist User

I had a bike intensive for school on Sunday. We had to bike ride 40KM in the Laurentians. Now, that doesnt bother me because it is good physical activity. But I woke up that day with a high fever and a throat infection. I had to do it or else I was going to fail the class
