    Keto Log: To 9.9% Bodyfat

    Brief History:
    For years I never cared too much about having belly fat. I have always worked out to just try and put on muscle and never cared about anything else that may come with it.
    Until one day this past May, it just hit me and then i started to care. Since then I have been on a quest to reduce fat. Been sort of difficult feeling smaller but slowly adjusting.
    I started eating better in Jan. Over a 6 month period (feb-jul) chol < 30% and trig <75% pretty much on just diet improvement and weight loss.
    In May (BF 27.5%+) i started cutting and prior to Keto have lost 19lbs and 3" on waist which all equaled to about 4.5% BF.
    After a slow steady downward trend it has stalled the past month and has become more difficult to shed BF.
    I began to look into Keto and this is where I am at today.

    Goal: Continue cutting to single digits and then clean bulk

    Figured my maintenance is about 2650. Eating at a deficit at about 1900.

    Keto Start: 9/5 weight 208.8 : BF 23%
    Day 1: 206.8
    Day 2: 203.8 (fatigue started mid afternoon)
    Day 3: 203.8 (low energy)
    Day 4: 204.0 (early afternoon fatigue up until mid evening)(less active and consumed more)

    Day 5:
    much better energy today more focused no fatigue.
    tested ketones today mid day, negative. too hydrated maybe.

    Day 6: consistent energy
    Day 7: weight came in at 202. 6.8 lb loss for the week.

    Week 2:
    been a difficult week trying to control the hunger. i have given in to the carb cravings and have been out of ketosis probably most of the week so far. up 4 lbs as of today.
    trying to reel in back in 1 day at a time.

    regarding workout. been backing off on some of the weight and lifting based more on feel and energy level. 4-6 days week.
