    Build upperchest, shoulders and delts

    I am 35, started working out 7 months ago and have seen some satisfying results so far. I don't have much time for exercise. I spend about 20-30 minutes at the gym 5 days a week.

    Some of the people I work with are asking me to act in one of the films they will be making next year. My upper chest, delts and shoulders are small. I'd like to size them up in about six months.

    I am very patient but want long lasting results.
