Im thinking about taking EC for my upcoming 5week cut but not sure if to go full natty or not cause I know once i get off ec the hungah will be real tea
wat do?
I know itll keep me not hungry and give me crazy energy at the gym but I also have a sedentary job so would be fuked sitting down with my heart pumping and sweating like crazy.
I should be able to make it without cheating for 5 weeks I think
Going to start with 2.5k cals and then reduce by 100 cals each week until I look Auschwitz

Eat the right foods and you will be full. At 3,00 calories, I can eat foods that will make me uncomfortably full, but it's easy to balance it out so that I am satisfied all day. At 4,000, I could make myself vomit from being so stuffed.

The good girl/bad girl machines are fantastic for warm ups/learning to fire the adductors and abductors
My typical lower body warm up these days (hehe if you think i lift often)
Elevated split squat (split squat with full rom on a 3-4" board under each foot)
adductor machine
abductor machine
single leg glute bridge
Fires all the muscles that don't get used properly by most lifters (glutes, adductors, abductors) and hits the quads to get blood in them before squats.Everyone can talk chit on the internet until they encounter a 6'7 framed Dorian Yates barndoor boeing747 turtle back freak of nature who drives over 200+ on the autobahn

My knee pain was caused by plantar fasciitis that caused me to adjust my gait in a weird way so I didn't use my hip flexors at ALL. The pain was because the imbalanced muscles were yanking my kneecap out of alignment when I walked. Orthotics helped but strengthening those muscles and stretching finished the job and I've been pain/noise free for months now.

Hella late but in. Took these after eating some cod, 3 eggs, and a pound of broc**** and spinach so my stomach looks big as fuark. Starting at 205lbs at 6'3" and hoping to get to 185~190.

Brb doing shrugs for traps and telling people to stop neglecting certain muscle groups when you don't do any glute specific work, just LMAO. Your training program sounds hella balanced. FYI gluteus maximus is the largest muscle in the human body.u mirin'?

Everyone should be hitting all major muscles directly at some point during the week. No reason to over complicate it.
I can take EC for a while and still get the lost appetite effect but not the energy boost and focus. I start really low (12.5mg E / day) and stretch it out until I start to not feel effects then up the dose gradually until I eventually get to 25mg E, 3x a day.
Yohimbine fuks me up too. Not sure what it is about it but the few times I've tried it made me feel complete chit.*SCC*
