fasted all day yesterday then did legs. came home and ate 3 eggs, a plate of rice and steak. today, did back and some curls. had a chicken pita and a salad for lunch. eating desert bighorn sheep tacos tonight. pretty much sucked in now and only think about bodybuilding like it was 2011 all over again.

I have gotten fat and weak as fuk in the last year. 230 lb of bloat and my lifts are at around half of my ATHs.
Registered for a 10 mile tough Mudder run in July. Following the recommended plan below to lean out and will worry about putting muscle back on when I’m no longer a fat bastard. On week 1.

Yeah I do that at least once a week. Usually pizza with a bunch of whiskey. I actually did a wage bet on HealthyWage to try to keep me in check. I have 6 months to drop 20 pounds which shouldn’t be hard. And it lines up perfect with a vacation to the Caribbean if it happens.
Covid really did a number on my eating and drinking habits.

Sup boyos. I came back just to see if anyone from this thread was still kicking around.
Started cutting this week at 225 (!). My avatar is super old butt if I remember right that was about 180. Fixing to get shredded for this summer. Or give up and just drink until i can't focus well enough to see myself in the mirror.*SCC*

woke up, ate i cup oats with blueberries and vanilla greek yogurt, and a banana. did legs but thought i had to be to work early so i only did front squats and hacks. squats were 135x12, 135x12, 185x10, 205x10, 225x6, 225x6. hacks 2 plates 4 sets of 12. poverty workout but at least i did something and was second leg day of the week. my legs are garbage. maybe ill go back and do leg extensions and leg curls after work
