Changed my IG page name to reflect the nutrition thing now. Have a FB page too. FB wants like $50 to advertise for me, but not sure I am ready to invest in that quite yet. Feel like the page needs more before I try to go bigger.
Diet is going well. I am tan as hell now too and it looks good. Going to try to get some update pics tomorrow. Waist is down to 33 inches.
Last year I bought a few pair of Tommy Bahama shorts that Saturday back quite a few coins. None of them fit now. So I just bought a few more pair in a smaller size. I'm thinking once winter comes back around I should be able to fit into all of them as long as I don't get to chubby

Have two weeks until our trip. This last % is taking a little longer than I expected. I just might have to add cardio after all. I don't want to drop under 2300 calories, which is where I am currently. Maybe I'll start walking my dog every night for 25-30 mins.

Thinking I might just get a nutrition cert just so that I have renewed credentials. NESTA Offers a few decent ones and their cert lasts forever.
