Got this in the mail today:
First dose tastes good. Like a grape lollipop.
I've been a slacker for the past couple months, so I kind of needed this as a motivator.
Went to the gym last night, picked up my old 5 x 5 routine. Will hold off on cardio for a couple weeks until I get my mojo back.
Bench
5 x 115, 125, 135, 145, 155
Squat
5 x 5 x 175
Barbell row
5 x 135, 145, 155, 165, 175
Weighted dip
5 x 10, 20, 25
Diet is odd.
Breakfast: coffee
Lunch: smoothie (grape seed oil, apple cider vinegar, MSM, Kale, Spinach, Carrots, Apple, piece of beet, 1 1/2 scoops of whey) (doesn't look good, doesn't taste that good either)
Dinner: Sunflower or pumpkin seeds, 4 eggs with cheese, couple tablespoons of almond butter with whipped cream.
Hard diet. I will usually throw something in just for a change. I might get a chicken from the deli and just about eat the whole thing for dinner. Weekends the diet goes out the window. I will try to harness it in for the next 8 weeks.
Starting weight: 202 lbs

Well, it's been quiet a week.
Made my Monday workout just fine, but Wednesday and Friday got interrupted by a stupid hurricane.
Been taking Carnigen on the regular. It's probably the reason I'm not a sore as I thought I'd be from digging trenches and cutting tree branches.
Back to the regular tomorrow and believe me when I say I'm looking forward to it.There are only two things you have to do in life. Find out what you want and do what it takes to get it.

Squat 5 x 5 x 205
Bent over row 5 x 135, 145, 155, 165, 175
Dips 5 x 15, 25, 35
Carnigen has kept me pretty pain free. A couple weeks of this 5x5's to get some of my strength back and I'll go back to a higher rep and a cut. There are only two things you have to do in life. Find out what you want and do what it takes to get it.

Friday:
Bench 135, 145, 155, 165, 175 x 5
Squat 205 x 5 x 5
Bentover rows 185 x 5 x 5
So I ended up washing my workout book, it was just a mini note book, I left it in my shorts. FML
I had a different book so I'm switching over to a 4 x 6 for a couple weeks and see how that goes. Muscle memory is kicking in, so I'm pushing up some.
Bench: 135, 155, 165, 175 x 6
Squat: 135, 185, 205, 225 x 6
Deadlift: 135, 225, 225, 225 x 6
Dips: +25, +35, +35, +45 x 6
Feelin' pretty good. Work is aggravating, so I'm taking it out at the gym. There are only two things you have to do in life. Find out what you want and do what it takes to get it.

I loved this stuff when I tried it out! I remember being on a cut when I was taking it and my pumps and strength stayed around for the month that I logged it! EVOGEN's Aminoject is also a great supplement if you want to try other stuff from them!

Back is a little sore but still did:
squat: 135, 225, 225, 225 x 6
bent over row: 135, 155, 165, 165 x 6
pulldowns: 140, 150, 160, 170 x 6
ez bar curl: 50 x failure
Weight has shot up to 210, not surprised, any time I'm on creatine I balloon up.
Next week I'll go off and go low carb.
Taking Carnigen 5 days a week, keeping the soreness down. Haven't had any issues with clumping and I'm not getting tired of the taste. There are only two things you have to do in life. Find out what you want and do what it takes to get it.

Last update.
2 months later, everything went better than expected.
This turned out to be more of a recomp rather than a cut. I was away from lifting for a while when this opportunity came up, good to have a wake up call.
I would recommend this product. I felt the thermal effects, which in Florida might be better to take in the colder months. I didn't experience and side effects, the product didn't clump up and the taste was really good.
Started at 202, ended at 211. Wish I did a body fat test before and after but here are some pics so you can see the difference.
