I want to prove to myself I can still accomplish things even with mental illness, prove that I'm better than my dad, have a a six pack - generally look more attractive and finish what I started after losing fifty pounds.
So log number... I've lost count, here we go again counting calories. 1500 a day, till I reach a six pack.
