Unhappy Looking for a medial epicondylitis treatment

I'm presently suffering from golfers elbow (not tennis elbow, there's a difference) and its so excruciating that I can't do a pull up or even a triceps push down. The pain has cut my gym time in half. I just have a few questions about E-Pharm and Cissus:

    A) Is the spray a temporary solution to nullify the pain while in the gym?
    B) Should I avoid E-Pharm and just go straight to Cissus?
    C) Does Cissus also nullify the pain?
    D) Does Cissus reduce inflammation and aid in the healing process?
    E) Do wrist curls only aide in Tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis) and not Golfers elbow (medial epicondylitis)?
    F) What range of motion exercises aide in Golfers elbow (Medial epicondylitis)?

    Optional:
    G) Are there other supplements that some of you skeptics believe are worth mentioning that will aide in a treatment?

Google Golfer's Elbow for pictorial: golfers+elbow

A)If you mean Joint Force then it helps with pain but it isn't going to numb it to the point where you aren't going to feel it with something as painful as your condition
B)It depends on how much you are willing to invest in supplements that most likely won't actually heal the injury
    C)Yes
    D)Yes but information is limited
E)No, there are different eccentric exercises that may help though

7)Curcumin and adequate (or higher) doses of fish oil

I am going to save you a lot of time, money and pain.

Get yourself a Theraband Flexbar (or you can do it with wrist curls), it's almost always caused by a muscular imbalance. Do the exercises with it regularly and you'll be fixed withing 2 weeks.

Supplements are not going to fix this.
