Rest/reefed day. I ate a LOT of cereal Corn pops and mini wheat. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
I did not disappear. I have been sleeping, and working, and running and lifting. Too busy to post about it but I promise it's happening.
Saw a 146 this am on the scale PMS bloated and dressed. I expect to see a 145 shortly.
Goal for this week: 144 by next Saturday.
Also.. major props to my girl Jeni who is down ~30lbs in Jan 1!! Amazing. This woman inspires me everyday. I'd be no where without her and I"m lucky to have her in my life.

Or so I think .... teetering on 142... I feel it coming soon. My steps daily are now set at 6500. So about 5K per day. Ensures I get mobile without an actual 'cardio' session. Lifting 3x per week with some added LISS thrown in there. 1 HIIT session per week also of 6 30 second sprints. <-- DEATH xoxo

My current setup is as follows:
Push, Pull, Off, Legs, Weak points (which is currently shoulders and arms)
I do 20 min of LISS (usually incline treadmill work) 4x per week before my lift
Macros are in the works right now, usually still go with moderate everything with 1 refeed per week.
