OMG I feel semi-human. I hit chest/shoulders last night and some cardio.
I feel so weak! Haven't lifted in 16 days since this damn flu. Oh well. Back on track now baby!

Rest/reefed day. I ate a LOT of cereal Corn pops and mini wheat. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
I did not disappear. I have been sleeping, and working, and running and lifting. Too busy to post about it but I promise it's happening.
Saw a 146 this am on the scale PMS bloated and dressed. I expect to see a 145 shortly.
Goal for this week: 144 by next Saturday.
Also.. major props to my girl Jeni who is down ~30lbs in Jan 1!! Amazing. This woman inspires me everyday. I'd be no where without her and I"m lucky to have her in my life.

Hi girls! Thanks for stopping in! I've been slacking big time with this journaling business. My goal for March is to get better at that. I'm kicking ass Or so I think .... teetering on 142... I feel it coming soon. My steps daily are now set at 6500. So about 5K per day. Ensures I get mobile without an actual 'cardio' session. Lifting 3x per week with some added LISS thrown in there. 1 HIIT session per week also of 6 30 second sprints. <-- DEATH xoxo

My current setup is as follows:
Push, Pull, Off, Legs, Weak points (which is currently shoulders and arms)
I do 20 min of LISS (usually incline treadmill work) 4x per week before my lift
Macros are in the works right now, usually still go with moderate everything with 1 refeed per week.
