I never feel sour after workouts

I can feel blood pumping into my muscles and the soreness when I workout, but ten minutes later I leave the gym that feeling just completely disappears. Should I intensify my workout by adding more weights? BTW, my biceps are very soft. Any suggestions?

what does your routine look like right now? The way I look at things is the real workout begins when you're mind tells you to. That can get you in trouble if you're not careful, listen to you body if theres sharp or an unusal pain then theres probably a good reason and you should get it checked out. Other then that yea I would try adding more weight/reps and see what happens. For me after a good work out my muscles are pumped and twitched and if I'm doing say arms I can barley text because I'm so shakey for an hour or so afterwords.

Soreness doesn't indicate anything other than your body not yet being adapted to a specific exercise or rep range. I've had brutal workouts and felt completely fine the next day, and workouts where I didn't feel that taxed after but felt like I'd collided with a truck the next day. As long as you're feeling it during, and progressing the way you want to then that's all that matters.

Why would you wanna be sore? Properly working out soreness should only last the first few workouts. Soreness ducks when ya got a job and 3 kids to play with. **** soreness
