    Walmart Deli sandwhiches?

Hey everyone, I'm quite new to body building and I'm just starting to get the hang of it. I have always been sort of scrawny, not much fat but not much muscle either.
Going to the gym isn't an issue for me, I love it. Diet is my issue. I was a candy and junk food fiend. Honestly without my metabolism I would be larger.

So anyway, I've cut all junk/candy out of my diet which has honestly been the hardest thing haha.

I snack on fruits/vegetables now daily, I don't drink soda or eat candy at all. I am determined to bulk up.

Meals at home aren't an issue, but I work through dinner nearly every night. I've been buying walmart deli subs and eating about half each day. I don't add mayo on anything so it's basically just meat, cheese, bread, and lettuce. I also eat a piece of fruit or two and some carrots usually.

Am I ok with sticking with that? Is there another very quick meal I can bring/buy that I would be better off with?

Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

That's fine but you can add the mayo/mustard, nothing wrong with either. Also candy is fine too, moderation is all you need, fit some in to your macro needs.

its all about calories in vs. calories out. you can eat anything as long as you get your protein minimum(.8 per lb of bodyweight) and meet your calorie goals. try using a web sight like myfitnesspall to track your calories

Although most deli meats will be high in sodium, that can be balanced with high potassium intake. What I would watch out for is to try and not eat cured meats daily. Mix it up and get some variety, such as including turkey and chicken as deli meat sources.
