    Exclamation Question: Caffeine issues regarding over use

    I get really concerned about taking too much caffeine.

    Today about 3pm I took one pill of lipo6 RX. It contains 100mg of caffeine.

    Is it safe to take preworkout before my lift around 10? Just dont want to do something to my heart.

    Thanks!

    edit: I would be taking one serving of c4 ripped

    You should be fine. I believe a scoop of C4 ripped has 150mg caffeine right? Mesomorph has 300mg caffeine per scoop. So you'd be at 250mg.

    As long as you're taking your fat burner and preworkout several hours apart, you should be fine. Just don't want to take a whole lot at once and feel stimmed out. That's not a good feeling and your performance in the gym will suffer.
    Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

    What is your normal daily stimulant intake?

    For most people, that would be fine. Its typical to separate caffeine dosages by a few hours.

    The average EC stack is about 600mg a day spread out, so a "half a cup of coffee" isn't going to wire your heart out unless you actively don't use caffeine during your work week.

    I won't mix redline with it, but you really shouldn't feel that much difference

    Depending on what time you go to bed, you might have trouble falling asleep due to the late night caffeine.

    Yeah you should be fine. I wouldn't take them together to avoid a overdosing of caffeine but spread out over a couple hours would be fine.

    It would take about 400x more than that to OD on caffeine lol. Very skewed by media. A healthy adult would require ~150mg/kg body mass to OD. So for somebody 90kg, thats about 135 cups of coffee chugged at once haha

    As mentioned above C4 Ripped has 150mg Caffeine in a single scoop. For most people 250mg (100mg from Lipo, 150mg from C4 ripped) in a day is going to be totally fine but tolerance is going to vary person to person. I would try it thinking you are fine, but space them out more if you had any discomfort. Also 10pm would be kinda late in the day for some caffeine if you were planning on sleeping soon after, if you plan on being up for a while then of course no issues there.
