    Aerobic and Anaerobic Workout

    Can someone please give me a workout that'll improve my endurance through aerobic and anaerobic exercises without the need of WEIGHTS?

    Please give me a workout that can be easily understood like " Do this and that 4x a week."

    I was planning on doing HIIT but I don't know if I can handle it for this'll be my first time doing such exercises for I had asthma when I was young and now I'm 17 so I want to improve my endurance.

    If you recommend HIIT, please give me a detailed workout.

    And no, going to a gym is not an option for me right now because I don't have the money to get a membership monthly..

    HIIT is just sprint for 30 seconds jog for 1 minute for about 8-10 reps, just do it and you'll learn what works

    So I should do that 4x a week and not do any anaerobic workouts?
