    best exercises for quad sweep?

in terms of quad work I squat, front squat and do either weight step up or rfess for unlateral work ( I never adjust foot orientation or stance when squating.). What exercises could I add that are proven to work to develop quad sweep?

You'll probably get different answers on this but i like when feet are fairly close together toes out no more than 45 degrees or less on most exercises.
If you squat put your heels on a small block or weight plate, stay upright as much as possible.
Using the leg press, hack squat machine and smith machine with this stance will also help.
With machines there is really no balance involved so you can concentrate pushing with the quads.

I've found that Zercher squats and split squats (rear-leg elevated) have worked well for my quadriceps. With Zerchers, one must use a relatively narrow stance and concentrate on keeping the torso upright.

High bar, deep oly squats, front squats. Do a lot of volume with those two and more than likely you'll be set.

High bar squats are THE exercise for quads srs. Doing Reg Parks 5x5 program where you alternative between front and backsquats every week really brought the thickness in my legs.
Honestly when it comes for isolating quads front squats, hack squats and leg extensions are GOAT.

I do high bar squats, front squats, and walking lunges, but the most effective quickest movement to develop my quad sweep is machine hack squats. Unfortunately my knees don't agree with these because out of all machine movements for all of my body parts, these do the most to develop my physique.

Leg press with feet placed in the centre of the plate with a narrow stance works for me.

Front squats too with a narrow(ish) stance.
