People are seriously ****ing with my head and I can't stop them from doing it.. how do I get back on track with my training and stay focused?

From the way it sounds the gym you go to is filled with a bunch of wannabe brahs who spend more time on their damn phones, looking in mirrors and staring at women than they do actually training. You need to get your mind in the game, put your game face on, throw your ear buds in, crank your music and do your thing. Haters only hate because they are jealous, that's it. Whatever you do don't let them win by changing gyms or god forbid quitting all together, you're better than that bro.

Think about the barbell, and the muscles you are working. Focus on what you are doing instead of anything else. Use positive self talk. Stay positive and believe in your ability to accomplish your goals.
The most important aspect of weight training; whether for the athlete, bodybuilder, or average person is to better ones health and ability without injury. - Bill Pearl

Go get a pair of headphones
Its all but certain that when you get to the gym youre going to have to deal with distractions. From sights to sounds to smells, there will be something seeking to sidetrack you.
What I do is I keep my headphones in all the time and just try to avoid everyone else. So my advice is go get a pair of headphones so you can wear them in the gym and ignore these people.

Wear a cap; use it to cover your eyes
meditate for 10 minutes beforehand reground yourself and visualize your entire workout
wear your headphones, turn the music up; not too loud.
by wearing the cap make sure it covers your eyes, keep your eyes down. only think of the process of the workout.
enjoy

First, you shouldn't do anything for anyone else. You are your own standard, you are your own competition. You should only go out to beat and better yourself. If you're doing things to please other people you are never going to please yourself. And at the end of the day, when you're home alone with your own thoughts for company, its only you that can make you happy, no one else.
Secondly you should only change your schedule or "move around" if you need to. If you asked them to move or change schedule do you think they would do it? No? So why should you? The answer is: you shouldn't. Again, do it for you not for anyone else.
Get headphones, get some Motorhead on the go or the best punk rock, heavy metal, even country music if it gets the blood pumping. And if they come to you and try and get you to move, you look them square in the eye and you tell them to f**k off. Don't converse with them, the only three words you should give to people like that are the words "f**k", "off", and "you".
