What ingredient(s) causes appetite suppression?

My wife is on point with her diet and exercise but she is always left feeling hungry after meals/throughout the day despite getting in plenty of food.

A lot of fat burners with varying ingredients claim to give a 'full feeling' or suppress appetites. I tried to do a little searching but couldn't find a definitive answer or correlation between different brands/products.

I'd like to find a basic fat burner that has said ingredients or just buy whatever it is alone.

Another could be Caralluma, strong anecdotal evidence that it helps in Ayurvedic medicine during times of famine.

Pretty much any stimulant can help with appetite suppression. She could also try eating foods that are more satiating.

As folks have noted stims kill appetite quiet well. For non stim I take 500mg-1g of Berberine before a meal.

You can also take psyllium husk in bulk. The fiber will make you feel full fast.

Any CNS stimulator can cause appetite suppression.

Yes, it is that simple - caffeine. Unless you develop tolerance to it (but it will still work a bit).

Stretched stomach caused appetite suppression also (e. g. a lot of water or fiber).

Hard-to-digest foods keep appetite at bay (meat is one of them).

Any type of working out suppresses appetite (bcuz of adrenaline)

L-Thyroxine suppresses appetite (again, until you become tolerant and only to extent)

And yes, real long-term and effective medically-induced appetite suppression is possible only with strong prescription-only or illegal drugs like amphetamines etc (*******, heroin etc - I doubt you want that)
