I can just buy spinach leaves no problem, but the broccoli presents a bigger challenge.
They havew to be cut ultra thin if they are raw. And cooking them takes up time.

I've done spinach and kale with no problem, never tried broccoli though.. I'm guess a decent blender could handle raw broccoli.
I know we are in the nutrition section, but have you looked at a greens supplement?

used to do green smoothies every day with a piece of **** blender never had an issue. Once we get some cash for a ninja or something we are going to upgrade and get back on the smoothie train. My blender has is finally on its last legs lol.
the broccoli just cut up a little smaller then bite size and it will blend fine.

Hi mate
I always consume my broccoli in a smoothie/liquid form, my tolerance to things has grown though so when I am eating or drinking I try to ignore what things taste like as all I am thinking of is...its what the hell I need and its what I will consume! lol
no but seriously its not that bad
I add 100g of broccoli, kiwi, 1 banana, bit of fruit juice if you really want to increase to sugary taste and the rest I just pour water.
it mixes quite well in my blender, which is the Ninja blender and doesn't taste too bad too!
